Pat Bates has been in Early Childhood Education and working with children for over 45 years.  Her passion and dedication to the ECE field has motivated her to continually find ways to improve the quality of care for young children.  As well as having owned and operated a licensed preschool for 13 years,  she has been using her extensive knowledge and experience to train future educators at the college level for 30 years.   Her creativity also provides children with a wide variety of educational activities that truly make learning fun.
